The Workflow Compass is a product of ESeal NC LLC. If you have privacy questions about the service, you can contact us at support@theworkflowcompass.com.

We may collect information you choose to provide when using The Workflow Compass, including account details, questionnaire responses, roadmap inputs, roadmap outputs, support messages, and contact information.

We may also receive limited billing and checkout information related to purchases handled through Stripe, along with technical information needed to operate the service.

The app currently uses Supabase for authentication and account management. If you create an account, we may store your email address, account identifier, plan information, and related profile records needed to manage access to the service.

When you answer questions inside The Workflow Compass, we use that information to generate roadmap recommendations, results, previews, and related workflow outputs. This may include business details, workflow descriptions, goals, bottlenecks, tools, and implementation preferences you provide.

Roadmap results and related preview data may be stored locally in your browser and may also be processed through our backend services to deliver product functionality.

The app may collect email addresses for lead capture, product interest, support follow-up, or roadmap email delivery. If you use the roadmap email feature, we use your email address to send the roadmap content you requested.

Payments, subscriptions, and one-time purchases are handled through Stripe. We do not store full payment card details in the application. We may store limited purchase or subscription data needed to verify access, fulfill upgrades, and maintain account entitlements.

The Workflow Compass currently uses or may use third-party providers including Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, and Resend to operate authentication, billing, roadmap generation, and email delivery features.

These providers may process information as needed to perform the services they support for the app.

We use information to operate and improve The Workflow Compass, including to:

• authenticate users and manage accounts
• generate roadmap previews and full roadmap outputs
• process upgrades, purchases, and subscription access
• send roadmap emails, product updates, or support responses
• maintain security, reliability, and service operations

The app uses browser storage for product functionality such as saving questionnaire progress, roadmap results, testing flags, and related local session data. We did not identify a dedicated analytics implementation in the current app code during this pass, so this policy does not make specific analytics promises beyond the app’s current functional behavior.
