Terms of Service

The Workflow Compass is designed to help users identify what to automate first and generate structured roadmap outputs based on questionnaire responses, workflow context, and related inputs.

You may use The Workflow Compass only in a lawful manner and only for legitimate business, workflow, evaluation, or support purposes related to the product.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

The service may offer one-time purchases, subscriptions, or other paid upgrades. Billing and checkout are handled through Stripe. Access to certain roadmap features may depend on your active purchase or plan status.

Subscription plans may be canceled at any time. If you cancel a subscription, your access will generally continue through the end of the current paid billing period unless a different timing is clearly stated in the applicable billing flow.

One-time roadmap unlock purchases are generally non-refundable once the roadmap has been delivered or access has been granted.

We may consider refunds in limited cases such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical problems that prevented roadmap delivery or access.

If you believe a billing issue occurred, please contact support@theworkflowcompass.com first so we can review the issue.

The Workflow Compass provides planning, scoping, and roadmap guidance. It does not guarantee revenue, savings, implementation success, business outcomes, or technical results.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• attempting to disrupt, abuse, or interfere with the app
• using the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity
• trying to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• copying or redistributing protected service materials without permission

The Workflow Compass, including its branding, software, interface design, and related service materials, is owned by or licensed to ESeal NC LLC. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of The Workflow Compass at any time. We aim to keep the service useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESeal NC LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from your use of or inability to use The Workflow Compass.
